- NO OTHER WORK IS REQUIRED FROM REFERRING BROKER –
Upon selecting a "Referring Broker", the Prospect is prompted to input details regarding their real estate requirement.

Once submitted, the real estate requirement is broadcast via email to the brokerage industry. The email does not reveal prospect contact information but does include a link for retrieving appropriate contact information. |

SpaceNeed emails include a link "Click here for Contact Information". The link controls the disclosure of contact information and ensures protection of Referring Brokers. |

By clicking the link, Brokers are either given direct contact information for the respective Prospect or connected with the Representative that has been assigned to the Prospect.
In both scenarios, the "Referring Broker" is equally recognized for ten percent (10%) Referral Fee Agreements with the co-operating brokers.

According to the terms of the recorded Required Referral Fee Agreements, Brokers that complete transactions from such referrals are responsible for connecting with and making payment to the Referring Broker. SpaceNeed does not assume such responsibility. |

Individual referral activity is recorded with SpaceNeed and brokers can view all details by logging into: www.spaceneed.com/sn/brokers.asp. The login allows brokers to keep track of existing referral fee opportunities, accepted referral agreements, cooperating broker and prospect contact information. |
